Hi,
In my opinion, evaluating Toronto neighbourhoods by such website may be misleading. What if some real estate developer wants to down or uprate a certain neighbourhood? All they have to do is to put appropriate votes in appropriate number. You will never know the truth only if you go there and see, or if you know someone living in the given area.
